۱. چه کسانی می‌توانند از Carisma استفاده کنند
باید دست‌کم ۱۸ سال داشته باشید، از نظر قانونی توانایی پذیرش این شرایط را داشته باشید، از استفاده از سرویس منع نشده باشید و پیش‌تر از Carisma حذف نشده باشید. هر نفر یک حساب.
۲. حساب شما
اطلاعات ورودتان را امن نگه دارید. مسئولیت فعالیت‌های حساب با شماست. از نام واقعی یا نامی که با آن شناخته می‌شوید و عکس‌های خودتان استفاده کنید.
۳. قوانین جامعه
شما می‌پذیرید که از رهنمودهای جامعه پیروی کنید. آزار، تهدید، نفرت، محتوای جنسی صریح یا ناخواسته، خدمات جنسی یا پیشنهاد همراهی، کلاهبرداری یا درخواست پول، جعل هویت، هرزنامه و هر چیزی که به افراد زیر سن قانونی مربوط باشد ممنوع است.
۴. محتوای شما
آنچه منتشر می‌کنید متعلق به شماست. شما به ما مجوزی جهانی، غیرانحصاری و بدون حق امتیاز می‌دهید تا آن را صرفاً برای اداره‌ی Carisma میزبانی، ذخیره، بررسی، ترجمه و به دیگر اعضا نمایش دهیم. این مجوز با حذف محتوا یا حساب شما پایان می‌یابد، به‌جز محتوایی که طبق سیاست حریم خصوصی برای ایمنی نگه داشته می‌شود.
۵. نظارت
عکس‌ها و ویدیوها را پیش از نمایش بررسی و به گزارش‌ها رسیدگی می‌کنیم. ممکن است محتوای حساب‌هایی را که این شرایط یا قانون را نقض می‌کنند حذف، قابلیت‌ها را محدود، یا حساب را معلق یا مسدود کنیم، و دلیل را به شما می‌گوییم مگر آنکه قانون یا ایمنی مانع شود. می‌توانید با ایمیل به [email protected] به تصمیمی اعتراض کنید.
۶. ایمنی
ما سوابق کیفری را بررسی نمی‌کنیم و نمی‌توانیم هویت یا رفتار هیچ‌کس را تضمین کنیم. نشان تأیید فقط به این معناست که تیم ما سلفی را با عکس‌های پروفایل مقایسه و تأیید کرده است — نه بیشتر. در مکان‌های عمومی ملاقات کنید و نکات ایمنی ما را بخوانید. در شرایط اضطراری با خدمات اورژانس محلی تماس بگیرید.
۷. Carisma Premium
- —Premium یک اشتراک اختیاری با تمدید خودکار برای ۱، ۶ یا ۱۲ ماه است که هزینه‌ی آن را Apple (App Store) یا Google (Google Play) از حساب فروشگاه شما دریافت می‌کند.
- —قیمت پیش از خرید در اپ و به واحد پول محلی شما نمایش داده می‌شود.
- —مگر آنکه دست‌کم ۲۴ ساعت پیش از پایان دوره‌ی فعلی لغو کنید، با قیمت همان زمان برای همان مدت خودکار تمدید می‌شود. هزینه در ۲۴ ساعت پیش از تمدید از حساب فروشگاه شما کسر می‌شود.
- —در تنظیمات اشتراک App Store یا Google Play لغو کنید. حذف حساب Carisma اشتراک را لغو نمی‌کند.
- —بازپرداخت‌ها را Apple یا Google طبق سیاست‌های خودشان انجام می‌دهند.
- —اگر Premium پایان یابد، گفتگوهای بین‌المللی همچنان قابل خواندن‌اند اما فقط‌خواندنی می‌شوند؛ چیزی حذف نمی‌شود.
- —آنچه Premium شامل می‌شود ممکن است تغییر کند؛ پیش از آنکه تغییرات کاهنده بر دوره‌ای که پرداخت کرده‌اید اثر بگذارد، به شما اطلاع می‌دهیم.
۸. حذف حساب
هر زمان می‌توانید حساب‌تان را در اپ حذف کنید (شما ← تنظیمات ← حذف حساب). این کار دائمی است.
۹. در دسترس بودن
ما تلاش می‌کنیم Carisma همواره فعال باشد، اما ممکن است تغییر کند، متوقف شود یا پایان یابد. ممکن است قابلیت‌ها را به‌روز کنیم.
۱۰. محدودیت مسئولیت و پذیرش خطر
۱. بدون بررسی پیشینه
Carisma سوابق کیفری را بررسی نمی‌کند و مدارک رسمی هویت را نیز بررسی نمی‌کند. آنچه انجام می‌دهیم: هر عکس پروفایل پیش از آنکه دیگر اعضا ببینند بررسی می‌شود، و اگر تأیید پروفایل را انتخاب کنید، یکی از اعضای تیم ما سلفی شما را با عکس‌های پروفایل‌تان مقایسه می‌کند. نشان آبی فقط به این معناست که آن سلفی مطابقت داشته است — نام، سن، پیشینه، نیت یا رفتار یک عضو را تأیید نمی‌کند. Carisma درباره‌ی رفتار، پیشینه یا سازگاری اعضایی که از طریق پلتفرم با آنها آشنا می‌شوید هیچ تضمینی نمی‌دهد.
۲. دیدار با مسئولیت خودتان
شما به‌تنهایی مسئول تعاملات خود با دیگر اعضا هستید. می‌پذیرید که Carisma کاربران را به‌صورت حضوری غربال نمی‌کند، بر رفتارشان کنترلی ندارد و درستی پروفایل‌هایشان را تأیید نمی‌کند. هنگام تعامل با دیگر اعضا یا دیدار حضوری با آنها باید همه‌ی تدابیر ایمنی لازم را رعایت کنید.
۳. محدودیت مسئولیت
Carisma راهی برای آشنایی با دیگران فراهم می‌کند؛ اما بر کارهای اعضا کنترلی ندارد. تا حدی که قانون حاکم اجازه می‌دهد، Carisma Dating، مالک و گردانندگانش مسئول زیان یا خسارت ناشی از رفتار دیگر اعضا، درون یا بیرون از اپ — از جمله آسیب جسمی، پریشانی عاطفی، کلاهبرداری مالی، جعل هویت (کت‌فیشینگ)، کلاهبرداری یا خسارت به اموال ناشی از ارتباط یا دیدار با دیگر اعضا — و نیز زیان‌های غیرمستقیم یا تبعی نیستند. هیچ بخشی از این شرایط مسئولیت مرگ یا آسیب جسمی ناشی از سهل‌انگاری ما، کلاهبرداری، تقصیر سنگین یا رفتار عمدی، یا هر مسئولیت دیگری را که طبق قانون کشور محل سکونت شما قابل محدود کردن نیست، محدود یا مستثنا نمی‌کند. حقوق قانونی شما به‌عنوان مصرف‌کننده محفوظ است.
۴. مسئولیت شما در قبال سوءاستفاده
اگر هنگام استفاده از Carisma این شرایط یا قانون را نقض کنید — مثلاً با آزار، فریب یا آسیب‌رساندن به عضوی دیگر — و این امر به ادعایی علیه Carisma Dating، مالک یا گردانندگانش منجر شود، می‌پذیرید که زیان‌ها، خسارت‌ها و هزینه‌های معقول ناشی از آن، از جمله هزینه‌های حقوقی، را تا حدی که قانون حمایت از مصرف‌کننده‌ی حاکم اجازه می‌دهد، جبران کنید. این بند شامل ادعاهای ناشی از تقصیر خود ما نمی‌شود.
۱۱. شرایط مربوط به Apple
این شرایط میان شما و ماست، نه Apple. Apple تعهدی به ارائه‌ی پشتیبانی یا نگهداری ندارد. Apple مسئول ادعاهای مربوط به اپ نیست. Apple و شرکت‌های تابعه‌اش ذی‌نفع ثالث این شرایط‌اند و می‌توانند آن را اجرا کنند.
۱۲. قانون حاکم و اختلافات
این شرایط تابع قانون ایتالیا است. این امر بر حقوق مصرف‌کننده‌ی شما در کشور محل سکونت‌تان اثری ندارد.
۱۳. تغییرات
پیش از تغییرات مهم در اپ اطلاع‌رسانی می‌کنیم.
1. Who can use Carisma
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, not prohibited from using the service, and not have been removed from Carisma before. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. Use your real name or a name you are known by, and photos of yourself.
3. Community rules
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines. No harassment, threats, hate, explicit or unsolicited sexual content, sexual services or escort solicitation, scams or requests for money, impersonation, spam, or anything involving minors.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, check, translate and show it to other members only to run Carisma. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept for safety as the Privacy Policy describes.
5. Moderation
We check photos and videos before they are shown and review reports. We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can contest a decision by emailing [email protected].
6. Safety
We do not run criminal background checks and cannot guarantee anyone's identity or behaviour. A verification seal means our team approved a selfie against the profile photos — nothing more. Meet in public and read our safety tips. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
7. Carisma Premium
- —Premium is an optional, auto-renewing subscription of 1, 6 or 12 months, billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account.
- —The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
- —It renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- —Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Deleting your Carisma account does not cancel the subscription.
- —Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
- —If Premium ends, international conversations stay readable but become read-only; nothing is deleted.
- —What Premium includes may change; we will tell you before changes that reduce it affect a period you have paid for.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (You → Settings → Delete account). It is permanent.
9. Availability
We work to keep Carisma running but it may change, pause or end. We may update features.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS
Carisma does not conduct criminal background checks and does not check official identity documents. What we do: every profile photo is checked before other members can see it, and if you choose to verify your profile, a member of our team compares your selfie with your profile photos. A blue seal means only that this selfie matched — it does not confirm a member's name, age, background, intentions or behaviour. Carisma makes no promises about the conduct, background or compatibility of any member you meet through the platform.
2. MEET AT YOUR OWN RISK
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You understand that Carisma does not physically screen users, control their actions, or verify the truthfulness of their profiles. You must take all necessary safety precautions when interacting with or meeting other members in person.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Carisma gives you a way to meet people; it does not control what members do. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carisma Dating, its owner and its operators are not liable for loss or damage caused by the conduct of other members, on or off the app — including bodily injury, emotional distress, financial fraud, catfishing, scams or property damage resulting from communications or meetings with other members — or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law of your country of residence. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
4. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR MISUSE
If you break these Terms or the law while using Carisma — for example by harassing, defrauding or harming another member — and this leads to a claim against Carisma Dating, its owner or its operators, you agree to cover the resulting losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
11. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. Apple is not responsible for claims about the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. This does not affect the consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We will give notice in the app before material changes.
