1. 회사 소개
Carisma는 Carisma Dating(이탈리아 밀라노, 이하 "Carisma" 또는 "당사")가 제공합니다. 당사는 회원님 개인정보의 처리 책임자입니다. 문의: [email protected]. 당사의 EU 대리인은 Nader Raslan(이탈리아 밀라노)입니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
회원님이 제공하는 정보:
- —계정: 이메일 주소, 비밀번호(로그인 제공업체가 해시 형태로만 저장하며 당사는 절대 볼 수 없음), 2단계 로그인을 위해 등록한 경우 전화번호.
- —자격 요건: 만 18세 이상인지 확인하기 위한 생년월일. 다른 사람에게는 나이만 표시됩니다.
- —프로필: 표시 이름, 성별(내가 보는 사람과 나를 보는 사람을 결정), 거주 국가, 언어, 관심사, 소개글, 선택 항목인 "나에 대해 더 보기"(직업, 학업, 가족, 라이프스타일 등), 1~5장의 프로필 사진.
- —인증 셀카(프로필 인증을 선택한 경우).
- —메시지 및 미디어: 보낸 텍스트, 사진, 짧은 동영상, 음성 메시지, 작성한 소개 글.
- —요청 및 연결: 누구에게 요청을 보냈는지, 누구를 수락·거절·차단했는지.
- —신고: 신고한 내용과 추가한 세부 정보.
- —당사에 보낸 고객 지원 메시지.
Carisma 이용 중 생성되는 정보:
- —기기 푸시 토큰(알림을 허용한 경우, 암호화 저장).
- —구매 상태(구독한 경우, Apple 또는 Google에서 RevenueCat을 통해 수신 — 카드 정보는 절대 받지 않습니다).
- —보안 기록: 2단계 로그인 변경, 계정 삭제 등 로그인 및 보안 이벤트.
- —기기 무결성 확인: 가짜 앱을 차단하기 위해 요청마다 Google Play Integrity 또는 Apple App Attest 토큰을 확인합니다. 저장하지 않습니다.
수집하지 않는 정보: 정확한 위치(Carisma는 위치 접근을 요청하지 않음), 연락처, 사진 보관함(사진은 한 장씩 직접 선택), 광고 식별자. Carisma에는 광고도, 제3자 분석·추적 도구도 없습니다.

4. 자동 검사
- —사진 및 동영상 검사. 프로필 사진, 채팅 사진·동영상, 인증 셀카는 표시되기 전에 Google Cloud Vision 및 Video Intelligence로 노골적·폭력적·오해를 부르는 콘텐츠가 있는지 자동 검사됩니다. 감지된 콘텐츠는 저희 팀의 검토 전까지 보류됩니다.
- —사진 프레이밍. 프로필 사진을 업로드하면 자르기 중심을 정하기 위해 얼굴 감지가 한 번 실행됩니다. 그 한 점만 저장되며, 얼굴 데이터나 템플릿은 저장되지 않고 회원님을 식별하는 데 사용되지 않습니다. 이 점은 직접 옮길 수 있습니다.
- —얼굴 인식 없음. 얼굴 인식이나 생체 정보 대조를 절대 사용하지 않습니다. 인증 셀카는 기계가 아닌 사람이 검토합니다.
- —광고를 위한 매칭 알고리즘이나 프로파일링은 없습니다.
5. 당사를 대신해 정보를 처리하는 업체
당사는 회원님의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 제3자의 자체 목적을 위해 공유하지 않습니다. 다음 업체가 계약에 따라 당사를 대신해 처리합니다:

다른 회원은 회원님이 프로필에 올린 내용, 회원님이 보낸 메시지, 인증 상태만 볼 수 있습니다. 법이 요구하는 경우, 누군가의 안전을 지키기 위해, 또는 아동 성착취물을 관계 당국에 신고하기 위해 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
6. 국외 이전
당사의 주요 시스템은 유럽연합에 있습니다. 업체가 회원님의 국가 밖에서 정보를 처리하는 경우 유럽연합 집행위원회의 표준계약조항 또는 적정성 결정에 근거합니다.
7. 보관 기간
- —계정이 있는 동안 서비스 운영을 위해 정보를 보관합니다.
- —인증 셀카는 결과와 관계없이 제출 후 14일이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
- —메시지 번역본은 생성 후 30일이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
- —계정을 삭제하면 프로필, 사진, 음성 메시지, 메시지와 해당 대화, 연결과 요청, 생년월일, 국가 기록, 푸시 등록, 로그인 정보를 삭제합니다. 삭제는 즉시 시작되며(프로필이 바로 사라짐), 잠시 후 자동으로 완료됩니다.
- —삭제 후에는 안전과 법에 필요한 것만 보관합니다: 신고 및 검토 기록(회원님에 대한 신고 포함), 다른 회원의 차단, 보안 로그, 삭제가 이루어진 기록, 최소한의 결제 기록. 보관 기간은 법에서 요구하는 기간입니다.
- —백업은 제한된 기간 이내에 덮어씌워집니다.
8. 회원님의 선택과 권리
- —앱에서 언제든 프로필을 수정할 수 있습니다.
- —설정에서 알림과 메시지 번역을 끌 수 있습니다.
- —설정에서 읽음 표시를 숨길 수 있습니다.
- —누구든 차단하거나 신고할 수 있습니다.

거주 지역에 따라 정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 사본 수령을 요청하거나 일부 이용에 반대하거나 제한할 수 있으며, 언제든 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. [email protected]로 연락해 주세요. 관할 개인정보 보호 기관에 민원을 제기할 수도 있습니다 (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
9. 보안
정보는 전송 중 암호화되며, 저장된 파일은 비공개로 앱의 검증된 요청을 통해서만 접근할 수 있습니다. 푸시 토큰은 암호화 저장되며, 2단계 로그인과 백업 코드를 이용할 수 있습니다.
10. 성인 전용
Carisma는 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 18세 미만의 계정은 삭제합니다. 미성년자가 Carisma를 이용하고 있다고 생각되면 앱에서 신고하거나 [email protected]로 연락해 주세요.
11. 변경
중요한 변경 사항이 시행되기 전에 앱에서 알려드립니다.
1. Who we are
Carisma is provided by Carisma Dating, Milan, Italy ("Carisma", "we", "us"). We are the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected]. Our EU representative is Nader Raslan, Milan, Italy.
2. The data we collect
You give us:
- —Account: email address, password (stored only as a hash by our sign-in provider; we never see it), and your phone number if you add one for two-step sign-in.
- —Eligibility: your date of birth, to confirm you are 18 or older. Only your age is shown to others.
- —Profile: display name, gender (which decides who you see and who sees you), country of residence, languages, interests, bio, optional "More about me" details (such as work, study, family and lifestyle), and 1–5 profile photos.
- —Verification selfie, if you choose to verify your profile.
- —Messages and media: text, photos, short videos and voice notes you send, and Introductions you write.
- —Requests and connections: who you send requests to, accept, decline or block.
- —Reports: what you report and any details you add.
- —Support messages you send us.
Created when you use Carisma:
- —Device push token, if you allow notifications (stored encrypted).
- —Purchase status, if you subscribe (from Apple or Google, through RevenueCat — we never receive your card details).
- —Security records: sign-in and security events, such as two-step sign-in changes and account deletion.
- —Device integrity check: a token from Google Play Integrity or Apple App Attest is checked on each request to block fake apps. It is not stored.
We do not collect: your precise location (Carisma never asks for location access), your contacts, your photo library (you pick individual photos), or advertising identifiers. Carisma has no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

4. Automated checks
- —Photo and video checks. Profile photos, chat photos, chat videos and verification selfies are automatically checked for explicit, violent or misleading content by Google Cloud Vision and Video Intelligence before they are shown. Anything flagged is held for review by our team.
- —Photo framing. When you upload a profile photo, face detection runs once to choose where crops of that photo are centred. Only that single point is kept; no face data or template is stored, and nothing is used to identify you. You can move the point yourself.
- —No face recognition. We never use face recognition or biometric matching. A person, not a machine, reviews verification selfies.
- —No matching algorithm and no profiling for advertising.
5. Who processes your data for us
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. These providers process it on our behalf, under contract:

Other members see only what you put on your profile, the messages you send them, and your verified status. We may disclose data when the law requires it, to protect someone's safety, or to report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
6. International transfers
Our main systems are in the European Union. Where a provider processes data outside your country, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. How long we keep data
- —While your account exists, we keep your data so the service works.
- —Verification selfies are deleted 14 days after you submit them, whatever the outcome.
- —Message translations are deleted 30 days after they are made.
- —When you delete your account, we delete your profile, photos, voice notes, messages and the conversations they were in, your connections and requests, your date of birth, country history, push registrations and your sign-in. Deletion begins immediately — your profile disappears at once — and completes automatically shortly after.
- —We keep, after deletion, only what safety and the law require: reports and moderation records (including reports about you), blocks other members placed, the security log, the record that your deletion happened, and minimal billing records. We keep these for as long as the law requires.
- —Backups are overwritten within a limited period.
8. Your choices and rights
- —Edit your profile at any time in the app.
- —Turn off notifications and message translation in Settings.
- —Hide your read receipts in Settings.
- —Block or report anyone.
- —Delete your account in the app: You → Settings → Delete account. See carismadating.com/delete-account.
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit; stored files are private and reachable only through the app's checked requests; push tokens are stored encrypted; two-step sign-in and backup codes are available.
10. Adults only
Carisma is only for people aged 18 or over. We remove accounts belonging to anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using Carisma, report them in the app or email [email protected].
11. Changes
We will tell you in the app before material changes take effect.
